We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your business ideas for any purpose other than providing the Service to you.

We use the following third-party services to operate TryBuildCo. Each has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data:

• Stripe— Payment processing. Stripe receives your payment details directly. We never see your full card number. Stripe Privacy Policy
• Google Ads API — We create and manage ad campaigns on Google Ads on your behalf. Ad content derived from your business idea is submitted to Google. Google Privacy Policy
• Meta Ads API — We create and manage ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook, Instagram) on your behalf. Ad content derived from your business idea is submitted to Meta. Meta Privacy Policy
• Anthropic / Claude API — AI research, content generation, and analysis. Your business idea description and related data are sent to Anthropic’s API for processing. Anthropic Privacy Policy
• Resend— Transactional email delivery. Your email address is shared with Resend to send account-related emails. Resend Privacy Policy
• Supabase— Database hosting and authentication infrastructure. Your data is stored in a Supabase-managed PostgreSQL database hosted in the Singapore region. Supabase Privacy Policy

We only share the minimum data necessary for each service to function. We do not sell or rent your data to any third party.

Your data is stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted by Supabase in the Singapore region. All connections to our database use encrypted TLS connections.

We implement reasonable security measures including:

• Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS)
• Secure session management
• Hashing of landing page visitor IP addresses (raw IPs are not stored)
• Stripe-managed payment processing (card data never touches our servers)
• Access controls limiting who can access production data

While we take reasonable precautions to protect your data, no system is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your information.

We use cookies and similar technologies to:

• Maintain your authenticated session so you stay logged in
• Remember your preferences
• Track landing page visitor interactions (page views, clicks, form submissions) for your validation campaigns

We use essential cookies required for the Service to function. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies on the TryBuildCo platform itself.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Specifically:

• Account data — retained until you request account deletion
• Business ideas and reports — retained until you request deletion or delete them from your account
• Campaign performance data — retained for the lifetime of your account
• Payment records — retained as required by applicable financial and tax regulations
• Landing page visitor data — aggregated and anonymized after campaign completion

When you request account deletion, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

• AI processing: United States (Anthropic)
• Ad platforms: United States (Google, Meta)
• Email delivery: United States (Resend)

By using the Service, you consent to your data being transferred to and processed in these regions. We ensure that our third-party providers maintain appropriate data protection standards.

TryBuildCo is not intended for anyone under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 18. If we learn that we have collected data from someone under 18, we will delete it promptly.
