Terms of Service

By accessing or using TryBuildCo (“the Service”), operated at trybuild.co, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and TryBuildCo (“we,” “us,” “our”). Please read them carefully.

TryBuildCo is an AI-powered business idea validation platform. The Service includes:

• AI-generated market research reports based on your business idea description
• AI-generated landing pages designed to test your value proposition
• Real ad campaigns run on Google Ads and Meta Ads on your behalf using our managed advertising accounts
• Collection and reporting of ad performance data including impressions, clicks, cost per click (CPC), click-through rate (CTR), and conversions
• PDF validation reports summarizing campaign results and AI analysis

The AI-generated research and analysis are informational only. They should not be treated as professional business, financial, or legal advice.

To use the Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized access to your account

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

TryBuildCo offers the following plans:

• Starter— $69 one-time payment
• Pro— $149 one-time payment
• Enterprise — custom pricing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store or have access to your credit card numbers.

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds.

When you purchase a paid plan, a portion of your payment is allocated as real advertising spend on Google Ads and/or Meta Ads. Once an ad campaign is launched, the ad spend cannot be recovered. This is why we are unable to offer refunds for any paid plan.

We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect purchases already completed.

When you submit a business idea, description, or any other content to the Service (“Your Content”), you retain ownership of it.

By submitting Your Content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and display Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. This includes:

• Generating market research based on your idea
• Creating landing pages that describe your idea to potential customers
• Creating and running ad campaigns that promote your idea to real audiences
• Generating validation reports and analysis

We will not sell, share, or publicly disclose Your Content to third parties except as required to operate the Service (for example, ad content submitted to Google Ads or Meta Ads) or as required by law.

Generated content you own: Landing pages, ad copy, and research reports generated for your validation campaign belong to you. You may use them for any lawful purpose.

What we own: The TryBuildCo platform, brand, logo, website design, underlying technology, algorithms, and all related intellectual property remain our exclusive property. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our brand or technology beyond normal use of the Service.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Validate or promote ideas that are illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive
• Submit content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others
• Promote products or services related to illegal drugs, weapons, exploitation, or any activity that violates applicable law
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or any third party
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users’ accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without our written permission

We reserve the right to refuse service, remove content, or terminate accounts that violate these rules at our sole discretion.

TryBuildCo provides data and AI-generated analysis to help you make informed decisions about your business ideas. However:

• We do not guarantee that any business idea will succeed, even if validation data appears favorable
• AI-generated research and analysis are informational and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for business decisions
• Ad campaign performance may vary based on factors outside our control, including market conditions, ad platform algorithms, and audience behavior
• Past validation results do not predict future business performance

You acknowledge that all business decisions based on our Service are made at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TryBuildCo and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

You may stop using the Service at any time. You can request account deletion by contacting us at [email protected].

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Reasons for termination may include, but are not limited to, violation of these Terms, abusive behavior, or prolonged inactivity.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain your data as described in our Privacy Policy. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any payments made.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. For material changes, we may also notify you by email or through the Service.

Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you should stop using the Service.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (“Hong Kong”), without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and TryBuildCo regarding the Service.
